What it is:
It is an essential oil , part of the PHYTOPIA USA Clinical Collection, that is meant to help alleviate pain.

The bottle  comes with 50ml (1.69 FL) in a Violetglass bottle which protects the inner contents from exposure to sunlight and UV rays, as well as a Euro dropper so it won't be easy to spill. It retails for $39.99.

What it claims:
This essential Oil is an all-natural, pure and organic muscle synergy blend that’s non-abrasive and cool to the touch when applied for muscle pain relief.


What it did for me:

I have to say , this essential oil really got me HOOKED because before this one I honestly didn't believe in essential oils. I've tried a couple that never did anything for me . With continuous use I felt like this pain away has helped ease my carpal tunnel symptoms and it's helped diminish the swelling on my thumb /right arm. It feels cool and warm at the same time and I really like the approach of this company to use natural ingredients to help soothe pain. You have to use it religiously though, I feel, in order for the product to work well. I'm a freelance makeup artist so I work standing up and I also work a lot with my hands. What I found out is that rubbing the Pain away oil in these areas (like my neck, hand , arm , legs and feet) really helps soothe my body when I feel discomfort, pain or soreness. The odor is a little bit strong for my personal preference but it still smells good; I think it's a great product considering it actually alleviates the muscle/help with swollen areas due to activity. 

How to use it:
Since this product is 100% Natural , it has NATURAL ingredients so I would do a spot test in order to see you don't get an allergy reaction. Having said that, it's suggested to apply 1-3ml of PainAway  essential oil on your sore areas for fast relief. For me I used it on my right arm, lower back and feet.

So I've reviewed these shows on my various social media, I just wanted to share on my blog! I will hopefully be doing more of these in the future! I'm not sure how to format a fashion blog post, if you have any tips please share with me! I can do a video and take pictures but for some reason, I'm not sure on how or what to write in the blog post hahahaa.

I love these Shoes! They came quick , exactly the date stated for arrival (way to go!) and they came in a box individually wrapped in linen bags for protection. I really love the black suede and I love that there are comfortable, not too high (I rarely wear heels and these are my go-to heels now.) I wish I would've ordered a size 8, because 8.5 is a little bit too big. Silly me, I thought the shoe wouldn't fit me so that's the reason I choose 8.5 instead of 8 is because I have a small foot that is wide. There is no problem with these shoes because they lace up so they're true to size if you have a chunky foot like me don't worry about it , get your normal size. I really want the nude now haha!!! I received these shoes with a discount in order to give my honest opinion! xo

SlimWay Grapefruit Synergy is an oil that is meant to help you feel better about your body again  because it's meant to promote a healthy metabolism,help with weight loss, cleanse and tone the skin,  and help you be in a better mood. It's made with all-natural 100% organic and therapeutic grade ingredients, therefore, you can use it all over your body BUT it isn't meant to be ingested. I also think it isn't meant to be used in a diffuser.

What it claims:

  It contains Grapefruit, which in turn can help your body maintain the proper metabolism, get rid of excess fat and water, curb your cravings to prevent unwanted weight gain and flab, cleanse and tone skin and even boost your mood. All you have to do is apply and rub ;)

What it did for me personally:

  I really wanted to try this because I do believe oils penetrate better into my skin and therefore work well and actually help change the body in combination with a good workout routine and diet. I've only used this product for ten days so there isn't much,in my opinion, that can actually be changed. I feel like these things take time, but for the sake of HAVING TO complete this review in a specific time-- I will say how it's worked for me so far. I've only seen a little bit of improvement in my skin texture (where I've applied the oil) but it hasn't actually curbed my annoying appetite! I honestly think it's something I have to work on mentally to curb my appetite. However, it's made my skin feel softer and more smooth, as well as, help me boost my mood. When I smell this oil, it really does make me feel all happy! 

How I used it:

  You should always do an allergy test. If you know you're allergic to any of the ingredients--OBVIOUSLY don't get it, but for those who don't normally get reactions or sometimes get reactions--just to be sure do a spot test before. To do this spot test just apply a small drop on the forearm before using. I would say most allergies show up instantly but I would wait a couple of hours just to be safe!

  So you're meant to apply 3-5ML and rub in circular motions on your palms and skin. It is a little bit thicker than most oils so it doesn't dry right away. After two days of using this I saw improvement on my arms and lower belly. After having my son, I had a lot of texture in certain areas and this has helped to make it appear smoother! 

  This has a shelf life of 3 years but I don't think it will last more than a couple of months because I've used a significant amount in just ten days. The bottle comes with 50 ML/1.69 fl. oz ! The smell is strong but I personally like it, the grapefruit scent really comes through ! I also like that the oil doesn't drip out, it's hard to take some out of it's glass container. I prefer that because if I'm on the go I wouldn't want an oil to be all over the inside of my purse!

I really am enjoying this oil and I hope to revisit this and offer more information on it when I'm completely done with it! I hope you ladies and gents would be interested in seeing an update in the future!

Optional:

It's not meant to be used this way-actually I think it isn't recommended, but when I work out I apply a little extra and use this arm thinga-ma-jig (hahaha) to help me loose my STUBBORN arm fat!

What it is:
It's a Daily Moisturizer Cream, it can be used twice a day.




What it claims to do:
Fight Signs of Aging and Get Rid of Wrinkles from Face and Eye Area 

My skin type:
I have combination skin that is acne prone, I am 28 years old.

Ingredients
Aloe Vera*, Palm Oil, Sunflower Oil, Phospholipids, Pentylene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Retinol, Potassium Phosphate, Cassia Angustifolia Seed, Vitamin E, Stearate, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Jojoba Oil*, Stearic Acid, Wildcrafted Green Tea, Shea Butter, Propolis, Panthenol (Vitamin B5), Ethylhexyl Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol.
**Full size : It comes with 1.7 fl oz 

       I was so excited to get this product because I LOVVVVEDDDD their Super Vitamin C Serum Find it HERE!  This anti-aging cream as it contains Retinol and Hyaluronic Acid. Retinol is very anti-aging active, and Hyaluronic Acid holds fifty times its weight in water which makes it amazing for putting moisture into the skin, as well as plumping the skin. However, I don't think this product would be great acne because it has Palm Oil (second ingredient listed.) Palm Oil has a comedogenic rating of 4-5 which means it's one of the worst oils to put on your face because it is highly pore-clogging and and I have combo skin that is acne prone! Comedogenic Ratings CHECK IT HERE LOVES! 
       Having that said I did try it out for over a month and I did feel my skin look/feel extremely softer and it definitely looked more plump BUTTTTT when I went to get a facial .....my Skin specialist said otherwise. She said my pores were very clogged and she spent over two hours trying to complete my facial ...something that hasn't happened to me before. For those of you that don't believe in facials...it's because you probably don't have large pores and your skin probably isn't acne prone either. It is good for some people and other people don't need it --that's the point I'm trying to get across -- LOVE, NO HATE ,JUST SAYING! 
      I think it did help my skin look and feel nicer BUT it clogged my pores and caused flesh colored bumps on parts of my face that I wouldn't normally have clogged pores. Even though it didn't work for me - if you have normal to dry skin that isn't acne prone, I think this product might work for you. I love New York Biology so I was disappointed that this particular product didn't work for me because it's very affordable.

Like with everything you can give it a try but I wouldn't recommend for acne prone skin that has large pores!

VALENTIA Clear Lift Revitalizing Serum.

           I hope you're all doing well! This month I'm kick starting my TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN series. I will be focusing on skincare I will be doing reviews on products sent, as well as, skincare I've purchased and used..etc. HAVING SAID THAT you know I'm transparent and I will always tell you the truth on how I FEEL about a product. I was sent this product in order to review it! This doesn't make what I say facts all the time, but I will try my best to be completely honest with my review/information I provide!

           Honestly, I believe that Valentia has some great products on the market, and this is another one to add to that list. They also have unbeatable prices because they have amazing quality ingredients in their products. I've tried their EVEN GLOW Serum VALENTIA Even Glow Serum Review and I can definitely say I'm impressed! This serum didn't disappoint either and I honestly think I might like this one a bit more than the Even Glow. I really like the packaging because it's in a pump and not a squeeze dropper like the other serum. I also like that it's in a glass container, it really makes the product look amazing! Even though it can be dangerous for children - try your best to hide it from them! LOL! The Clear Lift Serum is a thin white serum that I felt easily absorbed into my face and neck. I prefer to use this one at night though because I feel like it exfoliates my skin. I thoroughly was my face apply the serum and then a moisturizer. Like I've said before, I have combination skin, this serum didn't leave me feeling greasy or sticky. I didn't feel like it left any type of residue on my face after applying it , the smell doesn't bother me. I like it because it has a more medicinal scent that a floral or citrus scent. 



What it claims: 
 In this product description it shows a lot of  Natural & Organic Ingredients like Includes Wakame (Seaweed), Lactic Acid, Licorice, Gotu Kola and Argan Oil. It says it renews texture , tones the skin, deeply moisturizes, minimizes fine lines and brightens/corrects.

What it did for me so far: 

Because this is an AHA serum, meaning it's  a type of chemical exfoliant, which is gentler on your skin.  AHA is amazing for sun damage and aging but doesn't address the issue of acne. I have random acne and some acne scars! If you have acne, use a BHA serum or one that has both combined(AHA+BHA!) When adding ANY new skin care product to your routine, you should introduce it slowly to your skin in small amounts so you don't cause your face to breakout.  I will give this product another month, I will then update you again! I would like to continue to use this product and will come back for another update in about two months!

     I'm so excited to share something that has changed my life by just using it two weeks. In general, Serums are able to penetrate deeper into the skin and actually treat deep within the skin underneath moisturizer.

• I currently have Combination skin : Combination skin occurs when two or more different skin types occur on your face at the same time. I have an oiler T zone and normal skin around my face.

Vitamin C: With a 20% concentration which provides many benefits to keep the skin tight, make it smoother and also help skin looking ageless. 

It also has organic rose hip oil, organic sea buckthorn oil, green tea extract, botanical hyaluronic acid[MY FAVE], and resistem (plant stem cells) which all help boost the effect the vitamin C concentration in this serum provides.

WHAT IT DID:  

    It helped diminish the look of my acne scars! Within the first three days I was comfortable to walk out without foundation on my face because it diminished the redness and smoothed my skin out better. I used the FOREO LUNA to help it penetrate BUT  If I had a micro needle face roller to help the serum penetrate even deeper into the skin , it would work faster and better! I also saw a lot of my expression lines fade. I will be taking a picture and updating you all again within 60 days! 

    It retails for about $25 on amazon find it here and it has a lot of reviews on that page. I did receive for free from Valentia to try and review, BUT THE REVIEW IS 100% MY OWN and it isn't a sponsored post. It came fairly quickly and packed well. I do think it has a faint smell that isn't annoying and it has a lighter texture than other vitamin C serums I've tried. It does give you a nice glow to the skin and works well with creamier moisturizers.
